Crockpot Corned Beef w/ Cabbage and Potatoes with Pierogies

Your corned beef should already be in the crockpot by this evening. It’s a tough, thick cut of meat but when you slow cook it for 8-10 hours WOW is it good.

In your freezer or deep freezer you can find Pierogies. If these go over well we will try to make homemade ones at some point.

Pierogies are a traditional Polish/Russian/Ukranian/Slovak food. They are stuffed with dumplings and the stuffing changes depending on which part of Eastern Europe you are in. Some different fillings you might find are:

  • potato and cheese
  • saurkraut
  • berries
  • mushroom and onion
  • seasoned cheese
  • chopped meat

Hope you like it!
